I worked closely with 27C throughout my application for my current role as Deputy Director of Live Service Operations at the Home Office. They were incredibly helpful from our first engagement until I commenced in the role and they have also kept in touch to see how I am getting on. From my point of view, one of the things that was surprising in my recruitment into the Home Office was the amount of time that it took to get through the on-boarding process. My past experience of recruiting within the NHS has been underwhelming. The pipeline is often weak and on several occasions we’ve needed to go out to the market more than once.
