We work with our clients to determine an ideal structure and one which supports leaders and their teams to work effectively together to deliver programmes and business as usual. This includes both short and long-term staffing solutions.
Sourcing & procurement
Once we have determined the structure and staffing needs, we bring together all the 3rd party suppliers that provide the people needed to stand up the short term and immediate requirements and in parallel, we design timeframes for 27 Consulting to deliver end-to-end recruitment campaigns to fulfil longer term staffing needs.
End to End recruitment
Our well-established delivery model provides comprehensive support to hiring managers and candidates, encompassing the lifecycle of a recruitment campaign from start to finish.

We ensure compliance and conformity with imperatives such as “fair and open competition,” IR35 rules, and other pertinent regulations.
Support for Candidates
We cultivate high quality, diverse, candidates by providing hands-on support throughout the hiring journey. Our approach is based on humanising the recruitment process, expectation management and tailoring processes to capture the right potential employees, alleviating any hesitations caused by public sector hiring complexities.
Knowledge Transfer
We work with our clients and their internal teams to transfer knowledge about the delivery of services including the passing over of materials that have been developed to support delivery.
KPI reporting
